Information you give us
When you send an enquiry, request an appointment, create an account, or use the Makeup Lab, we process the details needed to provide that service. This can include your name, contact details, appointment preferences, message, saved looks and photographs you choose to upload.
Advertising measurement
We use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms to understand visits and measure when an appointment request or enquiry succeeds. Meta may receive device and browser information, your IP address, the page visited, event type and time. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, message, booking notes or photographs in these events. Meta may use permitted information for measurement and advertising optimisation under its own privacy terms.
Your choice
Where prior advertising consent is required, Meta technology remains blocked unless you accept. Elsewhere it may operate without a banner, subject to applicable opt-outs. A rejection always takes priority. We retain a local record of your choice, the date and the notice version so the site can respect it. Select Cookie settings in the footer to accept, reject or withdraw your choice; the change applies immediately to new activity.
Contact and retention
We keep booking, enquiry and account information only as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. To ask about your information or request a correction or deletion, contact the studio using the email or phone number shown in the site footer.
